**WE HAVE NEWS!**

Our Patient Survey results are about to be announced by the PPG.  

The results were so positive and we have had such good feedback from you all.  Thank you to those who took part. 

In response to this, one area that we are wishing to continue to improve on, are our phone lines.  Our telephone data and feedback show huge improvements already,  but we want to do even better. 

Most of our patients use the website to contact us now, as it’s much quicker, but we know many of you still like to use the phone. 

We have looked at ways to make our calls quicker but still protect the personal touch that we like to offer patients. 

So, we are about to launch a new service on our phone system.  It’s designed to be a quick option for those just wanting to be brief and not be hanging on for ages, which will allow more time for those wishing for that longer call. 

The system is called EMMA.  She’s a virtual receptionist and she will help anyone who wants to make their request quickly. 

She will answer your call within 3 rings, she will take your request and send it the right place. No queues.  No hold music.
