Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• On your NHS App

(Please Note: sometimes these results are shown on to the App BEFORE our clinicians see them, so we are NOT ABLE to discuss what your results may mean at that point).

• in your SystmOnline account

• by phoning us on 01234 988590 between 10am-4pm each day

Smear results will be sent to you directly through the post. This can take 8 to 12 weeks

To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
