We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery.
Asthma
Advice on managing your asthma and annual review.
If your symptoms are deteriorating or you are having any concerns please make an appointment with our specialist respiratory nurse. Appointments are available at various slots across the week.
Antenatal care
Routine antenatal check ups are available with our qualified midwife each week.
Baby immunisations
Baby immunisations are available on a Tuesday morning 9:30am to 11:50am only, and is run by the practice nurses. You will be allocated an appointment.
Vaccinations
We only offer NHS travel vaccinations, not private vaccines such as yellow fever, to all patients.
Routine vaccinations are available in any general nursing session.
Coronary heart disease
The practice offer regular check ups and advice for coronary heart disease.
Contraception
Our practice nurses, can see you for your contraception needs and advice.
Coils and implants
Dr Herman and our ANP Caroline Wheeler provide appointments for this.
COPD
Advice on managing your COPD and annual review.
Diabetic clinic
Run by our specialist diabetic nurses each week. You will see one of our health care assistants two to three weeks before your appointment with the nurse to have your pre diabetic check carried out.
Travel services
We can only provide NHS available travel vaccines:
- Hepatitis A
- Typhoid
- Tetanus
- Diptheria B
- Polio
We cannot offer yellow fever, rabies, or japanese encephalitis vaccinations. You will need to access these from a private provider.
Please try and plan ahead and book 6 to 8 weeks prior to travel. If travelling within the next 2 weeks, we will be unable to help due to the high demand for appointments, so please source your vaccinations through a private provider.
